ALPHASMART is a reflection tool used to help us to be more aware of what is important in life and work. Through an interesting game, we are able to look back at what is important in our business and what we can do to become even greater in the future.

Our Story

Alphasmart was initiated by Tanadi Santoso, entrepreneur with various ideas that have led to various businesses.Using more than 32 years of his field experience on business successes and failures, as well as MBA knowledge from the University of Chicago, Tanadi Santoso and Business Wisdom Institute often hold seminars and in-house training in many well-known companies.

In the development of Alphasmart, Tanadi Santoso was also assisted by Risa Santoso, his second daughter, a master’s degree graduate from Harvard University majoring in Education. The experience of Tanadi Santoso in the field of training and the knowledge that Risa Santoso gained during her master’s education, inspire them to create an interesting and easy-to-learn game. A game that can be played alone or in groups (small groups or large groups), of all ages, backgrounds & inspirations to help people ask to themselves about the important questions about their lives. With various research and experiments, finally found the composition of the game called Alphasmart.

The Values

Alphasmart is made based on several appropriate psychological concepts and has been proven to have positive impact in building abilities and awareness to move forward. Alphasmart has been tested on several companies and received positive response. Therefore, Alphasmart is very suitable for training in small groups of people (8-10 people) also large groups of people (30-80 people).

Alphasmart is based on practical concepts. That what makes this method suitable to help people to be more involved in their own self development, as well as coaching, to guide people in one-to-one conditions (one person dealing with one person).
